From a dismissed quarry develops a theatre, with the aim of becoming the first self-sufficient energy and zero impact theatre, thanks to local production from renewable sources.
Cava Roncino, in the small village of Oira, in Ossola Valley, is located among woods, terraced vineyards and ancient stone villages. The surrounding landscape highlights how the history of the area is deeply connected to the extraction of stones, an important heritage that Tones on the Stones has always told and valued over the past 14 editions.
Over 60 productions, more than 1.000 artists involved and 40,000 spectators, 20 sponsors, 14 institutional partners, 10 media partners these are just some numbers of this incredible festival!
